This development centres around a bold use of curves and materials to create a contemporary design in plan and elevation. Each dwelling boasts a secondary living space and bedrooms with ensuite. Pedestrian entry and vehicle access is separated and features a lush landscaped path to the front and back doors.

Railway

Making the most of its location and space, this corner block development features rear laneway access.

Adding to that, this development is also a benchmark in contemporary living with premium timber screen and concrete render throughout, plus a rooftop terrace.

The Righi

Located in one of Melbourne’s most prestigious blocks, the brief was to provide a one of a kind Melbourne living experience and maximize the site’s unique orientation and outdoor space.

We added luxury to match the prime location including a lift, cellar, theatre, a stunning outdoor space. and high-end finishes & appliances.

Bingo

This development is a cut above the rest. With a client and builder willing to push the boundaries, we introduced subtle yet effective interior design and finishes.

Using sustainably sourced materials, we created a façade treatment that combines contemporary and classical style.

With our focus firmly on delivering a home that stands out from the usual apartment experience, each dwelling was given its own identity with the use of a variety of materials and street presence.

The use of space was key in delivering residences with maximised livability and comfort.

With vast natural light and bright living spaces throughout, this apartment building features 10 apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms plus a basement garage with internal access. Natural light and impressive landscaping complete the picture.

Heidelberg United FC

With a rich history in the Australian football landscape, Heidelberg Utd. have won national titles and NSL cups over their decorated history. Socceroos, Paul Wade, Archie Thompson and Kevin Muscat have all played for the proud club.

This modern redevelopment to the clubhouse and social rooms pays homage to the club’s past, and will help the ‘Bergers raise many more future Socceroos.

A family home on a 223m2 block, in an inner-city Melbourne suburb with a 6.1m frontage presented a range of design challenges.

Our design proposal made the most of light and space to give this home a surprisingly open feeling for its size. Clever use of space in the roof forms make it feel even roomier.

Wilson

The gorgeous parkland surrounding it was a key factor in designing this home. This remarkable design captures the outdoors and brings them into the living space.

The spacious first floor open plan kitchen, meals and living area bask in natural light throughout, which means a beautiful, unobstructed view to nearby parkland.

Craigrossi

The need for more space was a non-negotiable for this growing family, so we were briefed to update this well-aged home to make the most of its size and heritage features.

We took advantage of the site’s northern orientation to create an indoor/outdoor space to entertain and provide the essential modern amenities this family required.
