A passion for building design & construction is what drives Sandra in her role at IDS.

Sandra personifies the IDS values & works smart to achieve the desired outcome. She is highly organised & methodical in her approach to projects & has the ability to think laterally to provide solutions to challenges.

Sandra has extensive experience in the industry, mainly in the residential sector. In the early 2000’s she started her career as a draftsperson, mentored by Pat Ikonomidis. Her dedication to her work soon led her to managing her own projects. From there Sandra continued to expand her skills which enabled her to mentor junior team members, lead her own team & ultimately assist with running the business.

As a key member of the team, she understands the significance of continually evolving, both as an individual and as a business, in order to keep up with the latest industry developments.
